Ordering During Launches

Because of the large volume or orders that need to be processed during launches, we are unable to:

Cancel orders: orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Combine orders: orders will ship out as they are received and cannot be combined.

We also reserve the right to limit changes to orders during this time.

Return Policy

Rue Muu does not offer refunds or returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, please request a new size by emailing Help@RueMuu.com, if the requested size is out of stock you will be issued a store credit.
